Eligible housing societies get a full evaluation period—no payment or commitment required to explore Tatbandi.
Tatbandi is built for small housing societies that want transparent maintenance tracking, clear resident communication, and easy day-to-day operations — without heavy software, confusing screens, or unnecessary permissions.
Access is shared only after society authorization and consent. This helps protect resident data and committee control.
Residents can use the official Tatbandi app on Google Play or the browser portal—OTP login, dues, and notices without friction.
Published bills, notices, complaints, and expense visibility help build clarity and trust across the society.
Tatbandi focuses on practical day-to-day society operations: flats, residents, maintenance, expenses, penalties, notices, complaints, parking, and community participation.
Residents pay using your society’s preferred payment mode. Admin verifies the transaction and marks it as paid with traceability.
Only published bills are shown. Residents get clarity, while the committee keeps full control over what is visible.
Record society expenses with categories, notes, and dates to keep records clean and transparent.
Publish announcements in one shared place so residents do not miss important society communication.
Residents raise issues digitally. Committees can track and respond more systematically.
Quickly identify a vehicle and related parking allocation when there is confusion inside the society.
Tatbandi does not try to overwhelm the committee with enterprise complexity. It helps manage real housing society operations with practical workflows and clean visibility.
Residents should not need a training session. Open, sign in, check dues, raise complaints, read notices, and move on.
Tatbandi uses a fixed per-flat subscription paid to AIBodhTech. Every module—maintenance, complaints, notices, expenses, parking, elections, reports, and more—is included. Choose monthly or annual billing.

3-month free trial
Eligible housing societies get a full evaluation period—no payment or commitment required to explore Tatbandi.
Software subscription (above) is separate from how your society collects maintenance from residents. Tatbandi supports two collection modes—pick what fits your committee today.
Residents pay the society directly (UPI, bank transfer, cash, cheque, society QR). The manager or treasurer verifies payment and marks the bill paid in Tatbandi.
Cost to society: ₹0 per maintenance payment
When integrated online payments are enabled, residents pay through Tatbandi. A transparent 1% Tatbandi platform fee applies on the maintenance amount (plus standard payment gateway charges).
Example: Resident pays ₹101 online → society receives ₹100 → ₹1 platform fee.
Societies that want residents to pay maintenance online can apply for payment gateway activation. This requires society KYC, bank verification, and gateway approval (typically 7–10 business days after complete documentation).
Platform fee: 1% on maintenance collected online. Payment gateway charges: as per approved gateway pricing for the payment method used.
Same features on every plan — only billing cycle differs
Applicable GST, if any, is shown before payment. After the 3-month free trial, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except for duplicate payment or verified transaction errors—see our refund policy.
Manual verification is free. Online payments add a small, transparent platform fee.

Tatbandi does not allow open self-signup. We verify authorization first, then share access securely.
Share your basic society information so we can start the onboarding discussion.
We verify the request and confirm society consent before creating access.
Once approved, your admin or manager gets access to set up the society workspace.
Add flats manually or use CSV import to start operations faster.
CSV export helps ensure you always retain access to your own records.
Housing society data is sensitive. Verification helps prevent misuse and unauthorized access.
If your society already has a flats or residents list in spreadsheet format, onboarding can be much faster with CSV import.
Share your society details—we respond with verification steps, pricing guidance, and optional payment activation if you need integrated collections.
Clear answers for the current Tatbandi model and product workflow.
Committees often prefer the web dashboard; residents may use the official Tatbandi app on Google Play (OTP login) or the browser portal—whichever is easier for them.
No unnecessary permissions are needed for normal use. Residents should be able to access society information without giving unrelated access to their device.
Tatbandi follows a verified onboarding model. Housing society data is sensitive, so access is shared only after authorization and consent checks.
By default, residents pay maintenance to the society (UPI, bank, cash, etc.) and the committee marks bills paid manually in Tatbandi at no platform fee. Societies may optionally enable integrated online payments—then a transparent 1% Tatbandi platform fee applies on online maintenance (e.g. resident pays ₹101, society receives ₹100).
One simple plan with all features: ₹11 per flat per month or ₹132 per flat per year. Eligible societies receive a 3-month free trial before purchasing.
Residents can typically see published dues, notices, complaint updates, and parking-related information made available by the society.
Yes. Tatbandi supports CSV export so societies can retain access to important records and are not locked in.
That depends on readiness of data, but onboarding can be much faster if the committee already has flat or resident details available in CSV or spreadsheet format.
Yes. The platform is designed to focus on essential functions and avoid bloated complexity, which makes it more practical for smaller societies.
