How Account Deletion Works
Tatbandi is a society-managed platform where accounts are linked to flats, residents, maintenance records, notices, complaints, and society operations.
Users who wish to remove or deactivate access can request deletion by:
- Contacting their society administrator or committee member.
- Emailing AIBodh Tech support.
- Requesting access removal from the associated society account.
Data That May Be Retained
Even after account deactivation or access removal, certain records may remain associated with the society for compliance and operational continuity.
- Maintenance transaction history
- Payment receipts and proofs
- Society accounting records
- Complaint and notice history
- Security and audit logs
Request Processing
Account deletion or access removal requests are typically reviewed and processed by the society administration or AIBodh Tech support team within a reasonable timeframe.
Additional verification may be required before processing deletion requests to prevent unauthorized account removal.
