Tatbandi is a society management platform operated by AIBodh Tech. The platform helps residential societies manage maintenance records, dues, payment confirmations, notices, complaints, expenses, parking information, resident communication, and related society operations.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on your role and society setup, we may collect or process the following information:
- Name, phone number, email address, username, and login details.
- Society name, flat number, flat type, resident/owner/tenant details, and membership information.
- Maintenance dues, payment status, penalty details, and transaction records.
- Payment proof images, receipts, UPI/payment references, and uploaded documents.
- Complaints, notices, contact messages, parking details, and society communication records.
- Device, browser, IP address, access time, and basic usage logs required for security and debugging.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To create and manage society, admin, resident, and flat accounts.
- To display maintenance dues, payment history, receipts, complaints, notices, and expenses.
- To help society administrators verify payments and manage records.
- To send important communication related to maintenance, notices, complaints, and account activity.
- To provide support, fix bugs, improve performance, and protect against unauthorized access.
- To comply with applicable legal, security, accounting, and operational requirements.
4. Payments, Receipts & Uploaded Proofs
Tatbandi may allow societies to record offline payments, UPI references, manual payment confirmations, payment proofs, and receipts. Payment confirmation may be reviewed by authorized society administrators or committee members.
If third-party payment gateways are enabled by a society, payment processing may be handled by the respective payment provider. Tatbandi does not store sensitive card details such as full card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration. These may include secure server access, authentication controls, role-based permissions, encrypted connections, backups, and access monitoring.
However, no online system is completely risk-free. Users should keep their login credentials confidential and immediately report suspicious activity.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as required to provide services to the society, maintain accounting and maintenance records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and support society operations.
When a society stops using Tatbandi or requests data deletion, we will handle such requests based on contractual, operational, legal, and backup retention requirements.
8. User Rights & Data Requests
Users may request access, correction, update, or deletion of their personal information by contacting their society administrator or AIBodh Tech support.
Certain records such as maintenance transactions, receipts, society accounting entries, or legal records may need to be retained for legitimate society, audit, or compliance purposes.
9. Children’s Privacy
Tatbandi is intended for society administrators, committee members, adult residents, owners, tenants, and authorized society users. It is not designed for children or targeted toward users under the age of 13.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security improvements, or operational updates. The updated policy will be posted on this page with the latest effective date.
