These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Tatbandi, a society management platform operated by AIBodh Tech for residential societies, administrators, residents, owners, tenants, and authorized users.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tatbandi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. About Tatbandi

Tatbandi is a digital society management platform that helps societies manage maintenance dues, payments, notices, complaints, expenses, parking, residents, and related society operations.

Tatbandi provides software and operational tools. Society decisions, charges, rules, approvals, penalties, and resident access policies remain under the authority of the respective society administration.

3. User Accounts & Access

  • Access may be created or managed by society administrators or authorized representatives.
  • Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
  • Users must provide accurate information when requested by their society or platform administrators.
  • Unauthorized access, misuse, impersonation, or attempts to bypass security are prohibited.

4. Society Administration Responsibility

Society administrators are responsible for adding residents, managing flat details, verifying payments, publishing notices, handling complaints, and maintaining correct society records.

AIBodh Tech is not responsible for incorrect society data entered by society administrators or authorized society users.

5. Maintenance, Payments & Records

  • Maintenance amounts, penalties, due dates, and society charges are decided by the society.
  • Payment confirmations may require review by society administrators.
  • Tatbandi does not act as a bank, lending platform, wallet, or financial institution.
  • Payment gateway services, if enabled, may be provided by third-party providers.
  • Users should verify payment details before making any payment.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not use Tatbandi to:

  • Upload false, harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading content.
  • Interfere with platform security, availability, or performance.
  • Access data belonging to another society or user without authorization.
  • Misuse complaint, notice, payment, or communication features.

7. Data, Privacy & Security

Use of personal and society data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Tatbandi uses reasonable security measures to protect user and society information, but no online system can guarantee complete security.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Tatbandi available and reliable. However, service may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, internet problems, security incidents, or events outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

AIBodh Tech is not liable for society disputes, incorrect maintenance decisions, payment disagreements, resident conflicts, administrative misuse, or losses caused by incorrect data entered by users or society administrators.

10. Account Deactivation or Deletion

Account access may be deactivated or removed through the society administrator or by contacting AIBodh Tech support. Certain records such as maintenance payments, receipts, accounting entries, notices, complaints, and audit logs may be retained for operational, legal, audit, or compliance purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Tatbandi after updates means you accept the revised terms.
